Delete your account
You can delete your UGC MATCH account at any time, directly from the app. Here is how it works and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- 1Log in and open your dashboard settings.
- 2In the Danger zone, tap Delete my account.
- 3Confirm in the dialog. Your account is deleted right away.
What is deleted
- Your profile, packages and portfolio.
- Your messages and social links.
- Your login and personal details.
What is retained
- Past orders and payment records, kept anonymized for accounting and legal reasons.
- Signed contracts, kept anonymized where the law requires it.
If you have an order in progress, finish or cancel it first. You cannot delete your account while an order is active.
