I make short vertical videos for brands that want their product filmed by a real person rather than produced in a studio.
I offer three things and the difference between them is where the video ends up. A UGC product video is the general purpose one, cut for a paid feed and ready to repost as an ad. An Instagram Reel is edited specifically for retention on that surface. A TikTok video is built to feel native there, which means a different rhythm and a different way in from the other two. All three arrive within five days.
I film in English, so what I deliver works for an international audience rather than one market.
The thing worth understanding about this format is why it outperforms a produced advert despite costing a fraction as much. It is not the cost. It is that a viewer identifies an advert almost instantly and discounts everything after that point. A person filming in their own space, using the thing, reacting honestly, gets past that reflex. Which is why the slightly imperfect version usually beats the polished one, and why a script written line by line quietly destroys the only advantage the format has.
What I need from a brief is narrow. Tell me where the video will run and who sees it, because a cold audience and an existing visitor need different first sentences and that cannot be fixed later. Tell me what I must not claim, because that is where a mistake is expensive and a sentence of prevention is free. Then leave me the room, the clothes, the words and the pace.
If you have never bought creator content before, do not send a shot list. Send the problem. Tell me which product is not selling and what you think is holding it back. I can build a video around a problem; I cannot reverse engineer what you actually need from a list of camera angles, and the two are often not the same video.
One suggestion on how to judge it. Order a few pieces rather than one, and measure them against the cost per acquisition of the creative you are already running, not against likes on an organic post. A single video is closer to a coin toss than a test, and comparing it to the wrong benchmark is how brands talk themselves out of a format that was working.
I deliver on time, ready to run, and I say when a brief is not right for me.
