Camila Teixeira

Hi, I am Camila Teixeira, I am 31 years old, I am from Sorocaba - SP and I graduated in Architecture and Urbanism.

Since becoming a mother, I have started to see life in a different way. I realized that I wanted a lighter routine, with more flexibility and, above all, more time to closely follow my son's growth. Working from home has helped me a lot in this process and has also allowed me to focus more on myself.

It was then that I discovered a huge love for self-care, sports, and a healthier life. Today, the fitness universe is part of my routine: weight training, CrossFit, HYROX, boxing, and now I am venturing into running. I also strive to maintain a balanced diet during the week and gradually build my best version, not only aesthetically but mainly in terms of health and well-being.

I am the mother of a 3-year-old boy, a wife, and a woman who believes that taking care of the family is important, but putting myself on my own list is also essential.

It is in this universe of real motherhood, self-care, fitness, health, routine, and lifestyle that I have found myself and that I want to bring my creativity to the world of UGC, creating natural, light content that truly connects with those on the other side of the screen.
