I am Krol Laranjeira, a passionate content creator who shares an authentic routine as a mother, wife, entrepreneur, and woman over 40. Based in Niterói, RJ, my focus is to show how it is possible to balance the various roles of daily life, always prioritizing self-care and well-being.

My experience as an artistic and event producer has allowed me to develop two events dedicated to women's well-being, where I aim to inspire and connect women. I believe that every video I create should reflect this essence, providing practical tips on skincare, fitness, and lifestyle. My approach is always accessible and genuine, showing that taking care of oneself is essential.

I have collaborated with brands like Chilli Beans and Mundo Verde, creating authentic and engaging content. Additionally, I dedicate my weekdays to preparing videos, while touring on weekends, which allows me to bring a unique and diverse perspective to my content.

I produce videos in Portuguese and English, reaching a broad and diverse audience.
