I am Jafia Santos, a UGC creator specialising in fashion, beauty and lifestyle. I produce short vertical videos for brands that want the product shown by a real person rather than built in a studio.
I work mainly with Reels and TikTok, and the formats I make most are try-ons, get ready with me, routines and product reviews. Each one solves a different problem for the brand. A try-on sells the garment, because clothing sells in movement and a photograph never shows how a fabric falls when someone walks. Get ready with me sells the routine, which means selling the product inside a habit rather than on its own. A review sells trust, and it only works if I am also allowed to say what I did not like.
I combine clear communication with a modern aesthetic, and that combination is harder than it sounds. It is easy to make something pretty and empty, and easy to be direct and ugly. What converts sits in between: a video that is pleasant to watch and still says something concrete about the product in the first seconds.

I film in Portuguese, for a Brazilian audience. Being in the interior of São Paulo state, in Nova Olímpia, gives me settings that do not look like the same apartments everyone else uses, which helps when a brand orders several pieces and does not want them all to look alike.
What I deliver is vertical video designed for a paid feed: a hook in the first two seconds, the product used rather than described, and a clear reason to watch to the end. I can film the same message with three or four different openings when a brand wants to discover which one holds attention, which is the fastest and cheapest way to learn before putting media budget behind a single version.
On the brief, two things change the result a great deal. Tell me where the video is going and who will see it: someone who has never heard of the brand needs a different first sentence from someone already on the product page. And tell me what I must not claim, because in beauty there are regulated claims and the responsibility sits with the advertiser regardless of who said the words.
Clothing, setting, exact words and pacing are better left to me. I know what sounds natural in my own voice, and a script that is too closed is exactly what makes a video look like an advert, which is the opposite of why this format gets bought.
