Spanish buyers distrust by default, and it is not paranoia: they have seen too many shops vanish. Reviews and creator video answer two different fears, which is why they work better together than apart.

What each one solves

A review answers "will I get scammed?". It proves other people ordered, received and stayed happy. A creator video answers "will this work for what I need?". It shows the real size, the gesture, the result. A five star review cannot show whether the cream leaves a film, the video can.

The order on the page

Video goes high, near the buy button, because it decides whether the visitor keeps reading. Reviews go just under the price and again at the bottom, when the visitor is nearly convinced and looking for a reason to trust. Putting reviews at the top and video at the bottom is the most common mistake: nobody reaches the bottom.

What a Spanish buyer checks first

Before your product page, many open another tab and search your brand name. Up come your business profile ratings, Amazon comments if you sell there, and forum threads. If that tab looks clean, your page converts. If it is empty, no video saves it. Social proof outside your own site is part of the job.

Reusing customer content

A customer who posts a video using your product has not given you permission to advertise with it. Asking by message and keeping the written reply takes two minutes and avoids a problem. With a hired creator permission sits in the contract, with a spontaneous customer it does not.

How many pieces you need

Three videos and around thirty genuine reviews make a product page work. Beyond that, what adds value is variety rather than volume: different profiles, different uses, different ages. Ten videos of the same person convince less than three of three people.
