Search traffic arrives differently from social traffic: the person already has a formed question and is looking for the answer. A creator video answering that exact question converts far better than any brand film, and almost nobody produces one with that in mind.
Start from what people type
Before scripting, look at the questions people actually type about your category. They are not the ones the brand imagines: they tend to be more specific and less elegant. Those literal phrases become the video title and its first spoken line.
One video per question
A video trying to answer five questions answers none. The structure that works is one question, one answer shown, one short close. With eight frequent questions you have eight videos and eight different entry doors.
Where they go
On the product page, on the help page, in the blog article that answers that question, and as a saved reply in customer service. The same video serves four places and in three of them it keeps working months later.
The answer has to be useful, not promotional
Someone searching does not want to be sold to, they want to solve something. A video that genuinely answers, even saying when the product is not the best option, builds more trust and more sales than one that pushes. It is counterintuitive and it is what works.
Content that does not age
Unlike a campaign, this material stays useful next year. That is why it pays to avoid prices, promotions and time references, and to negotiate long usage rights from the start. It is the content with the best long term return and the one least produced.
