Santa Fe lives off three things that almost never show up in Argentine commercial content: agro industry, food processing and a student population that refreshes consumption every March. For a local creator that means three separate client bases in one city.

Agro industry pays and does not film

Machinery, inputs, seed, silos. These are companies with real budgets still selling with a PDF catalogue and a photo of a tractor. A thirty second video explaining how something is used in the field, filmed in the field, is genuinely new to them. And the first one to try it tells the others at the next trade fair.

Food is the easiest card

Meat plants, mills, dairies, alfajor makers and local breweries all sit in the region. It is the fastest category to enter because the product films itself and the brand already understands what a video is for. It works as a base while the industrial side gets built.

The university calendar rules

March fills the city and November empties it. Anything depending on students, rentals, food, clothing, technology, gets decided in February. If your content is not ready in January, that campaign is gone and the client does not return until next year.

Price in dollars, invoice in pesos

As elsewhere in the country, set the value in dollars and invoice at the day's rate, written down before starting. Agro industrial clients understand this without explanation, because their own business runs the same way. It is a far simpler conversation than with a downtown shop.

What sets you apart from Buenos Aires

Not price, access. You can be at a plant or on a farm the same day, and nobody working from the capital can produce that footage. Sell proximity and availability, not a low rate.
