In Italy the media kit serves one purpose: letting an agency decide in thirty seconds. If it requires opening an attachment, it has already lost.
What to put on one page
- Who you are in one line. "UGC creator, food and restaurants, Italian and English, Milan."
- Three or four videos, with direct links. Best one first.
- The niches covered, two at most.
- The formats offered: testimonial, unboxing, demo, faceless.
- The packages with prices, with turnaround and revisions included.
- How to order: a link, not a generic address.
What to leave out
Follower count, personal biography, generic adjectives, ten videos instead of four, and the phrase "message me for a quote", which is the leading cause of lost requests.
Why a link beats a file
Italian agencies receive dozens of applications. A PDF has to be downloaded, opened, and it ages as soon as you change your prices. A link opens in a second, stays current, and lets them watch the videos without leaving the page.
The most effective format remains a marketplace profile: it already holds portfolio, niches, formats, priced packages and an order button. It is a media kit where the client can also buy, which removes the intermediate step.
How to use it
In the first message, one link. In your social bio, the same link. In reply to a request, instead of describing what you can do, you send the link. Update it at every price increase and every time you replace a sample video with real work.

Frequently asked questions
PDF or link?
Link, always. It stays current and opens in a second.
Should prices be shown?
Yes. It removes a step and filters out contacts with no budget.
How many videos?
Three or four, best one first.
Do you need one if you already have a marketplace profile?
No, the profile does the same job and lets clients order on top.
