In paid media the creative now does the work targeting used to do. The platform decides on its own who to deliver to; what you control is what appears on screen. Hence the shift, in France as elsewhere, from one hero film to a flow of creator videos.

The loop

Produce in batches of eight to twelve videos, with different hooks. Launch them together, same audience, same budget. Let the weak ones die. Cut the winner into five variants for the next batch. Refresh before the drop, not after.

It is that cycle, not one brilliant idea, that brings acquisition cost down and keeps it there.

What changes in the script

A hook in two seconds, the product on screen early, burned in subtitles, an explicit call to action. The video has to look like the feed, not like a commercial.

And one French specificity: the audience reacts badly to overclaiming. A measured tone, a concrete demonstration and an honest reservation convert better than manufactured enthusiasm.

Disclosure is not optional

Since the 2023 influence law, identifying commercial content is an obligation, including for affiliate arrangements, and some categories are prohibited from creator promotion.

Concretely: the mention must be visible in the video and in the text, and both the brand and the creator can be sanctioned if it is missing. A batch of creatives delivered without the mention is an unusable batch.

The rights to write down before launching

Paid media distribution: scope and duration.

Distribution from the creator's account: access, duration, budget cap, separate fee.

Cutting and re editing: permitted or not.

Without those three lines you will have finished creatives and a stalled campaign.
