Specification sheets do not sell technology to ordinary buyers. What sells is somebody who is not an engineer taking the thing out of the box and getting it working, and that is exactly what UGC is good at.
Unboxing is a genuine demonstration
What is in the box, what is missing, what cable it uses, how the setup goes. Buyers watch this because they have been caught before by a product that needed an adapter nobody mentioned, and a video that answers it removes a real barrier.
Show the first five minutes of real use
Not the feature list. The first five minutes: pairing, logging in, finding the setting that matters. If a product is genuinely easy, that footage sells it better than any claim. If it is not, better to know before the returns start.
Use a non expert creator
A creator who understands the product too well skips the exact moment where a normal buyer gets stuck. Someone discovering it for the first time is more useful, and their hesitation is data rather than a flaw in the take.
Local context: power, apps and support
Whether the app is in Spanish, whether there is local support, whether it works on the networks people actually use. These are ordinary Mexican buying concerns and a video that addresses them stands out from an imported global asset.
Keep the claims verifiable
Battery life, range and speed claims are the ones customers test and complain about publicly. Let the creator report what they measured rather than repeating a number from the box.
