When a campaign stops growing in Germany, it is rarely the budget. It is that creative burns out faster than the company can approve it.

How many videos an active budget eats

Rough rule: every doubling of monthly budget raises the need for new creative. A small budget survives on two or three new videos a month, a serious one needs eight to twelve, hook variants included.

The creator roster

Three or four reliable people are enough. After three successful jobs you offer a monthly arrangement: fixed quantity, fixed price, rights settled once. That makes the calendar predictable and saves the negotiation.

What stays in house

  • Briefing and the list of angles, because that is the strategy.
  • Selecting the test variants.
  • Measurement.

Filming and editing belong outside. Internally produced UGC almost always looks like the marketing department made it, and that is exactly what nobody buys.

The real bottleneck in German companies

Approval. If marketing, legal and management look at it one after another, two weeks pass and the window has closed. A workable route: apply the legal review once to the script rather than to every finished video, then give one person approval authority with a two day deadline.

The signal to speed up

When the same creative leads for more than six weeks, it is not winning, alternatives are missing. From then on every extra week costs you reach.
