An appliance in Argentina is bought in instalments and kept for ten years. That changes all the content: the buyer is not interested in the feature list, they are interested in whether it lasts and whether somebody repairs it if it fails.
Durability is the argument
What decides is not how many programmes it has, it is whether it still works after three years. Showing the same product after a year of use, with the person who uses it saying what happened and what did not, is the hardest content to obtain and the best selling.
Service is the hidden objection
Before buying, many people check whether spare parts exist and who supplies them. A short video showing the workshop, the parts store or the technician covering the area settles a doubt no product page answers and that stops purchases every day.
Instalments go at the start
With a high ticket, financing decides more than the final price. How many instalments, with which bank and until when, said in the first seconds and without small print. If the condition changes, you need a version of the video without it so the material does not expire.
Size and installation
Whether it fits through the door, whether it needs a special socket, whether a connection is required, how heavy it is, whether delivery goes up to the flat. These operational questions generate most complaints and they can all be settled in one thirty second video.
When it sells
With the June and December aguinaldo, on the big promotional dates, and when something breaks, which has no calendar. That is why you need permanent content that mentions no promotions, alongside the campaign content.
