In Spain Black Friday stopped being a day and became three weeks of November. That changes the problem: it is not about creating an offer, it is about having enough content to sustain twenty days of ad pressure without repeating the same video.

Film in September, not in November

By the first week of November good creators are already booked and prices rise. Brands that close jobs in September pick the profile, negotiate rights and arrive with a library. Brands that call on the fifteenth pay more for whatever is left.

How many videos you actually need

With several audiences and concentrated spend, creative fatigue arrives in days rather than weeks. A sensible minimum is six to ten pieces for the period, counting hook variants. Asking three creators for three hooks each is cheaper than filming nine times.

Content that does not expire on the first of December

Half the material should work without mentioning the discount: demonstration, objection, comparison. That way December still has working ads instead of a folder full of the word sale burned into the screen.

Rights are the expensive mistake

If you buy twelve months of paid usage in November, next Black Friday you have to renew exactly when you have least time. Negotiate the term with next year's campaign in mind, or at minimum write down the expiry date.

What to keep for the last three days

The close is the highest converting moment and the worst supplied. Hold back two pieces built on real urgency, with the shipping cut off said out loud. That is useful information, not artificial pressure, and in Spain it converts better than a countdown.
