Neuquen does not look like the rest of the country. Oil and gas activity brought service companies, high salaries and consumption that holds up when other provinces slow down. For a creator it is the best B2B market outside the capital and the least worked.
The client is not a brand, it is a supplier
Here the payer is usually a service company: drilling, logistics, industrial safety, equipment, crew accommodation. They do not sell to consumers, they sell to other companies. That changes the video: no emotion, but capability, safety and meeting deadlines.
Technical video, not advertising
What they buy is material explaining a procedure, showing a finished job or introducing a team. Nobody expects a three second hook. They do expect you not to say something technically absurd, so ask beforehand and have the script checked by someone inside the company.
Safety before camera
Every plant or field has access rules, helmets, protective gear and zones where filming is banned. Turning up knowing that, dressed correctly and without arguing, makes you hireable. Most creators lose the job right there, before the phone is even switched on.
High market pricing
Local salaries and costs run above the rest of the country, and rates follow. Do not apply a Buenos Aires benchmark, and certainly not one from a small province. Charge what working here costs, including travel and waiting time, which on site can be half a day.
What keeps the client base going
Alongside B2B there is strong local consumption: food, clothing, sport, tourism towards the mountains. It fills the months when the large companies are in tender processes and buying nothing.
