San Luis is a small market with unusual clients. The province pushed industrial parks and connectivity policy for years, and that left manufacturing and service companies in a province almost nobody associates with industry.

The industrial park is your client base

Plastics, food, car parts, laboratories, packaging. These companies sell to other companies, bid for contracts and need to show their plant and capacity. None has its own material and none works with a local creator, because there are barely any.

Mountain tourism, the second leg

Merlo and the whole sierra circuit receive visitors from Cordoba, Buenos Aires and Mendoza. It is long weekend and seasonal tourism, with accommodation deciding communication weeks in advance and buying content if somebody offers it.

Being close to three large markets

San Luis sits between Cordoba, Mendoza and Buenos Aires. A creator based here can take work in three large markets while carrying small province living costs. It is one of the most favourable equations in the country if you know how to use it.

Sell production, not followers

In an industrial market nobody asks how many followers you have. They ask whether you can be at the plant on Tuesday, whether you know what may be filmed and whether you deliver on time. Build your pitch around that rather than around your reach.

Charge in dollars even with a local client

Many of these companies export or buy inputs in dollars, so they understand the logic without explanation. Setting the price in dollars and invoicing at the day's rate is a far simpler conversation with an industrial client than with a downtown shop.
