In Argentina an enormous share of sales closes in a chat, not in a cart. The customer asks on WhatsApp, requests photos, checks stock and decides right there. Producing content only for the feed leaves the channel that actually closes without ammunition.
The video that gets forwarded
In a chat the video is not competing for attention: it already has it. What matters is that it answers quickly and can be forwarded. Light file, vertical, with all the information inside the video itself so it makes sense without the conversation around it.
A library of answers
The most useful move is building six to eight short videos answering the repeated queries: what the size is like, how it is used, how it arrives, what is included, how to pay, how to return. The sales team sends them in two seconds instead of typing paragraphs.
File weight and quality
A twenty megabyte video does not travel through chat on every connection in the country. Compressing properly is part of the job, not a technical footnote. A three megabyte file that opens anywhere beats a perfect one nobody can watch.
No music, no advertising frames
In a chat, a video with music and title cards reads as forwarded spam. One shot simply, with someone showing the product and talking normally, reads as a personal answer. The second closes sales, the first gets ignored.
What must be agreed in writing
If a creator films material that will be used in customer service for months, that is not a campaign piece. Agree the usage and the term from the start, just as with a tutorial, because its useful life is far longer than an ad's.
