There are two ways to hire a creator in Argentina: go through a marketplace or find them and write. The real cost difference is not in the fee, it is in the time and in the payment risk.

What direct outreach costs

Searching for profiles, vetting them, writing, waiting, negotiating, clarifying rights, coordinating payment and checking the invoice. For a first campaign with three creators, that is easily two full working days of someone on the team.

Where the risk sits when payment crosses a border

If the brand is abroad and the creator here, or the other way round, three questions appear that do not exist in a local hire: which method is used to pay, who absorbs the fees, and in how many days the money arrives. When that is not written down, a job delivered on time ends in a two week argument, and the review gets written by someone annoyed.

A marketplace resolves that part because the payment flow is already defined and there is a record of what was agreed. It is not accounting magic, it is that nobody has to invent the procedure on the spot.

The other risk, the direct one

Paying someone you do not know upfront, or receiving delivery with no written rights agreement. Most of the problems people recount in this market start there.

Which to use for the first campaign

The marketplace. The first campaign exists to learn which message works, not to optimise unit cost. Reducing variables is worth more than saving a fee.

When to move to direct

After two or three jobs with the same person, once the payment route is proven and there is nothing left to negotiate.
