A UGC creator's media kit looks nothing like an influencer's. It carries no reach, no impressions, no audience charts. It carries the only thing a brand needs in order to decide: what you film, how it looks and what it costs.

One page only

If it runs longer than a page, it does not get read. The brand opens the file on a phone between two meetings and decides in twenty seconds.

Anything that does not help that decision is surplus.

What goes in

  • Your name and one positioning line. "UGC creator for cosmetics and skincare, Buenos Aires." Not "passionate about content".
  • Your niches. Two or three, not ten. Specialisation sells.
  • Your languages. Local Spanish, neutral Spanish, English if applicable. That fact alone opens entire markets.
  • Four stills from your best pieces, each with a direct link to the video.
  • What you deliver. Formats, durations, number of hooks per piece, whether subtitles are included.
  • Your usual turnaround. "Delivery in five working days" is worth more than any adjective.
  • Your rates. Yes, with numbers.

Why showing prices speeds everything up

The classic objection is that showing prices leaves you no negotiating room. In practice the opposite happens: it filters out those without a budget and brings in those who have one.

In Argentina it is worth stating them in dollars, with a note that invoicing is in pesos at the exchange rate of the day. That stops your rate card going out of date in two months and positions you for clients abroad.

What to remove

Follower counts. Statistics from your personal account. Sentences about your passion. Holiday photos of yourself. And any overloaded template where the text competes with the design.

The practical format

A portable document file, plus a link to a folder with the videos. The link matters more than the file: nobody hires from stills.

If you have a profile on a UGC marketplace, that link can replace the whole media kit, because it already shows niches, languages, rates and pieces in one place.

Update it every three months

Take out an old piece, put in a new one. Raise the price when the portfolio justifies it. A media kit that has not changed in a year signals a creator who has not changed either.

Where to go next

A short, honest media kit converts better than a long, pretty one. Our guide on how to become a UGC creator covers the rest of the craft.
