Replying to a comment is the cheapest format to produce and the one brands reorder most. It needs no script, no production, and it speaks to someone who already raised their hand with a specific doubt.

Where the questions come from

From comments on the brand's posts, from marketplace questions, from the support chat and from negative reviews. Any of those sources holds ten repeated questions waiting. Ask the brand for the list, and if they do not have one, build it for them: that alone justifies the job.

The structure

The question is read exactly as written, without correcting or softening it, and then comes the answer, shown. Reading it aloud or showing it on screen keeps whoever had that doubt watching. Rewriting it in brand language loses precisely what made it real.

Answer the uncomfortable ones too

The highest performing question is usually the critical one: why is it expensive, why does it take so long, why did it break. Answering with a concrete fact builds more trust than ten flattering videos. A brand that dodges those questions looks worse than one that answers them.

Volume and cost

This is a format to sell in batches. Eight short answers filmed in one afternoon, same framing and same clothes, cost less per unit and give the brand content for two months. Present it that way in the pitch.

Why brands reorder it

Because the effect shows up in support: repeat enquiries drop and returns drop. It is one of the few formats whose return can be shown without arguing about reach metrics. That makes it the easiest job to renew.
