Hiring a UGC creator is nothing like hiring an influencer. You are not buying an audience: you are buying video production. That changes where you look, how you filter and what you sign.
Where to look in Argentina
| Channel | What it gets you |
|---|---|
| UGC marketplaces | The fastest route: profiles with niche, languages, rates and examples already visible. You filter in minutes what would take weeks on Instagram. |
| Instagram and TikTok by hashtag | Search by sector, not by follower count. A profile with two thousand followers and well filmed videos is exactly what you need. |
| Your own customers | The best creator for your brand is often someone who already bought from you. A direct message to ten active customers usually yields two or three candidates. |
| Small agencies and production companies | More expensive, but they handle coordination if you need volume. |
How to filter fast
Look at three things and discard on that basis.
The audio
If the sound is bad in their portfolio, it will be bad in your campaign. It is the hardest thing to fix.
The right face
Do they look like your customer? In beauty, fitness and baby products this weighs more than editing quality.
Delivery
Ask about turnaround before discussing price. A creator who cannot commit to a date is a problem, however good they are.
What to pay
In Argentina, sixty to a hundred and fifty dollars per video with a creator starting out, and a hundred and fifty to three hundred with a solid portfolio. Packs of three to five videos run from three hundred and fifty to nine hundred.
Paid media rights are quoted separately: thirty to a hundred per cent extra depending on duration and territory. If you do not ask for it explicitly, you do not have it.
The brief to send
Product and the problem it solves, the customer's main objection, three suggested hooks, formats and durations, delivery deadline, and the list of what cannot be claimed.
That last point is mandatory in health, food, supplements and financial services.
What to sign
An accepted email is enough if it states: what is delivered, how many rounds of changes, where the material may be used and for how long, price and payment date, and what happens if it is cancelled after filming.
