The best UGC brief is already written and you did not write it: it sits in your customer support inbox. Every repeated question is a buying objection somebody failed to answer in time on the product page.

How to extract it

Take the last two hundred support conversations, chats and comments, and group them by theme. Within two hours, five to eight recurring doubts appear. Do not invent or soften them: copy the customer's exact words, because those are the words the next customer will search for.

Typical objections in Spain

The same four families come up nearly every time: shipping and the real delivery window, returns and who pays the postage, size or fit against the photo, and the warranty if the product breaks. On more expensive purchases, one more appears: whether the company will still exist in a year.

How it becomes a video

One video per objection, twenty to forty seconds, with the literal question as the first line. "What if it does not fit?" followed by the answer shown, not told. That format works because the viewer recognises themselves in the question before hearing the answer.

Where they go

On the product page, right under the price. In the abandoned cart email. And as a saved reply in chat, so support sends the video instead of typing three paragraphs. The same video cuts repeat enquiries and lifts conversion, two benefits from one spend.

What not to do

Answering an objection by denying it. If delivery takes five days, a video hinting it arrives tomorrow generates returns and bad reviews. An objection is defused with concrete information, not optimism.
