A media kit in Germany is not read like an application, it is read like a quote. Build it that way and you get replies; build it as self presentation and you do not.
What belongs on the one page
- Who you are, in one line. "UGC creator, tech and B2B, German and English, Stuttgart."
- Three or four videos, with direct links, best first.
- The niches, two at most.
- The formats: testimonial, demo, explainer, recruitment, faceless.
- The packages with net prices, turnaround and the number of revisions included.
- Usage rights as a separate line, with platform and duration.
- How to order: a link.
Points 5 and 6 are the difference. German agencies compare quotes line by line, and a kit without prices and without a rights line cannot be compared, so it gets set aside.
What does not belong
Follower counts, personal biography, unevidenced adjectives, ten videos instead of four, and "price on request".
Why the link beats the file
A PDF has to be downloaded, goes out of date at the first price change, and cannot be dropped into a Slack thread. A link opens instantly, stays current and shows the videos with no detour.
The strongest version is a marketplace profile: it holds portfolio, niches, formats, priced packages and an order button. A media kit you can order from directly.
